SYSTOMAT’s core strength lies in consulting and project management supported by associated companies UNILECSA (ELECTRICAL/CONTROL) and NEPTEK (PTY) LTD (MECHANICAL).

The company’s shareholders and directors are Mr Freddy Tshikala (Industrial Engineer), Mr Tim Scully and Mr Richard Nepgen. Mr Freddy Tshikala is the managing director and his experience includes working for various companies such as Eskom, Airports Company South Africa, AfriSam, PPC, Wescoal and DHL Express in various positions ranging from Engineer In Training, Airports Planner, Group Logistics Analyst, Group Logistics Specialist, Group Logistics Manager, Sub Sahara Africa Engineering Manager: East and Central Africa. He also has international working experience in the African Continent while working for DHL Express. He led and managed a team of multinational professionals in Kenya, Uganda, Djibouti, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania, Ethiopia as well as Gabon.

Mr Freddy Tshikala is a Council Member for South African Institute of Industrial Engineers. He is also an External Examiner for Final Year Industrial Engineering students at the University Of Pretoria.

Mr Tim Scully and Mr Richard Nepgen have both been in the industry for many years. Mr Tim Scully is also the managing director and shareholder of associated company UNILECSA who primarily does work in the Automotive Industry. Mr Richard Nepgen is also the managing director and shareholder of associated company NEPTEK who specialises in conveyor and end of line packing systems for the manufacturing and intralogistics markets.
